Plantui is a Finnish company that has revolutionized home gardening. It all started in 2007 when the designer Janne Loiske was at his summer cottage and thought how nice it would be to grow fresh greens after summer in the city as well. The idea to develop an innovative soil-free indoor gardening device, that fits in any home and is easy to use, was born. Plantui has not just limited their idea to develop the home gardening device, but offer also plant capsules, that is herbs, salad greens and edible flowers, to grow in the Smart Garden device. The values of Plantui are sustainability, humble curiosity and plain honest fun. The Plantui products are made in Finland.

What kind of tablecloth or placemats to use:

• For special occasions, a seasonal or patterned tablecloth is a simple way to create your preferred atmosphere
• Simple tablecloths can be used to draw attention to patterned dishes or ornate flatware
• If you own a dining table in lacquered oak or walnut or have a two-color table by Hay, your table could be the focal point for your tableware. In this case, forego the tablecloth use placemats.
