Ram lounge chair, Gotland sheepskin
Description
Aarikka's Ram lounge chair takes its cue from the much-loved Pässi sculpture by Kaija Aarikka, which designer Roosa Ryhänen has reshaped into an expressive lounge chair. Proud yet gentle by nature, Ram invites you to leap into its soft embrace, while the wooden armrests curving like horns add a dash of mischief. Slender in line, the lounge chair charms on its own or gathered in a small flock – in the living room, in a bedroom corner or beside the fireplace.
Genuine sheepskin covers the seat of the lounge chair, and its curved armrests, finished with the ball details so typical of Aarikka, are made of birch plywood. The whole handsome creature is crafted in Finland by skilled woodworkers.
