Our FAQ page provides answers to popular questions, which may be helpful and inspirational to others, as well. Finnish Design Shop’s Customer Service team answers the questions. In case of any issues, our chat is available 24/7 – we're happy to help!
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use it to track your order on the courier’s website.

We strive to ship orders promptly, so please get in touch with our Customer Service as soon as possible, if you would like to edit or cancel your purchase. Unfortunately, when your order has entered the shipping process, changes are no longer possible. However, you can return products within 30 days of delivery.
We are happy to check the availability of the spare part you want. Also, it is possible to order any product from the brands we represent. Please fill out the form, and we will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.
First, click 'Use a gift card or a campaign code' at checkout. Enter the code in the field and click 'Apply'. If you have several gift cards, use them one at a time. The campaign code only works with normal-priced items.
Please note that the active promotions only apply to new orders.

Depending on the shipping method, it may take several working days for the tracking code to activate. If the tracking page is not providing tracking info, please try again later.
We strive to ship orders promptly. When it comes to in-stock items, changes are unfortunately no longer possible. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it in 30 days.
Finnish Design Shop customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery. You can register your return by signing in to My Account and selecting the order from the previous orders list.
If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service. All returns must be made via our shipping partners.
If you wish, you can exchange the product you ordered for another one. The easiest and fastest way to exchange a product is as follows:
• Order a new product from our online store and send the product to be returned back to us. You can initiate the return on our website.
• When it's an exchange, please contact our customer service.
• Once the returned product is received, we will process it and you will receive a refund for the product according to your payment method. At this point, the new product you wanted has usually already reached you, provided it is a stock item.
If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged while in transit to the customer.

You can return the product if it is unused and in the condition you received it. All parts of the product, including the packaging and instructions, must be intact.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Returns are processed in the order they arrive.
