G-76 herb chopper, 18 cm, stainless steel
Description
The Global GS-76 herb chopper is a Japanese-inspired kitchen tool whose curved blade is ideal for finely chopping herbs, onions or even small cuts of meat with a smooth, rocking motion. Made entirely of stainless steel, the mezzaluna-style herb chopper is exceptionally hygienic, while its dimpled handle is filled with sand to provide a satisfyingly steady balance. Designed by Komi Yamada, the herb chopper performs reliably in everyday home cooking as well as in professional kitchen use.
Each Global knife is handcrafted in Japan, drawing on the tradition of samurai sword making. Forged from Cromova 18 – a high-grade, high-hardness stainless steel developed exclusively for Global – the blade offers excellent resistance to rust and corrosion. Thanks to its steep, acute cutting angle, the edge stays sharper for longer, delivering performance that surpasses conventional kitchen knives.
