FDB Møbler’s D106 Bakkedal side table, designed by Philip Bro, is a multifunctional tray table that draws on the traditions of Danish craftsmanship and functional design. Made of sustainably produced oak, the tray table features a slender, three-legged frame and a detachable tray with delicate, curved edges. The D106 Bakkedal table makes a perfect little side table next to a sofa or bed, and the tray comes in handy when serving drinks, snacks or coffee.

Philip Bro Ludvigsen (b. 1962 in Australia) is a Danish industrial designer renowned for his work with furniture, lighting and home interior products. Ludvigsen graduated from Denmark’s School of Design in Copenhagen in 1989 and subsequently gained experience at various Danish design firms. In 2001, Philip Bro Ludvigsen established his own studio, Philip Bro Design. Philip Bro Ludvigsen's designs often employ rounded shapes and natural, soft materials, catering to a mix of international clients as well as a local Danish clientele including FDB Furniture, Royal Copenhagen, Georg Jensen and Fredericia Furniture.
