Nikari’s Poeme shelf, designed by the Finnish Poiat Studio, boasts a charmingly minimalist, elegant design with influences from Japanese architecture and the forms of old Finnish tools made of wood. Poeme’s name stems from the French word poème, which translates to “poem” – there is indeed something poetic about the softly rounded form of the shelf’s horizontal and vertical wooden slats and the accuracy of their repetition.
Made in Finland of oak wood, the Poeme shelf is characterised by the material’s natural warmth and grain that makes each piece uniquely beautiful.
