Frama’s Low Stool 01 comprises a solid wood frame and clean rectangular lines, softened by the rounded corners of the seat. Made of Baltic birch, Low Stool 01 is well suited as an extra seat by the dining table or in the living room, as well as a small side table or minimalist bedside table.
Frama’s 01 collection is characterised by pared-down expression inspired by Nordic churches, where these kinds of simple wooden seats have been common since the early 20th century. The chairs in the 01 range are manufactured with respect to Nordic woodworking traditions, and the skilful joints have been intentionally left exposed.
