Description

HAY’s O2 ottoman, designed by Jonas Forsman, features an airy silhouette and a comfortably wide seat that invites you to sink in and unwind. With its minimalist, streamlined design, the O2 ottoman fits effortlessly into living rooms and bedrooms as well as offices and other public spaces. The collection also includes a matching lounge chair.

The lounge chairs and ottomans in the O2 collection are built on a tubular steel frame with self-supporting, shrink-fitted fabric that includes integrated padding. This construction results in a voluminous yet lightweight form that adapts to the user’s posture while offering firm support. The collection’s flowing lines and timeless colours are designed to bring both calm and energy into any environment, with a look that endures over time.

Jonas Forsman

Jonas Forsman (b.1979) studied at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. Today he works as a freelance-designer concentrating on furniture and product design. The aim of Forsman is to create functional and durable products. 

According to himself: ”I design from inside out. By Investigating the use, the manufacturing, the costs and the wanted functionality, the core of the products is created. Then it is just a matter of hard work to apply the right surface to give the core justice.”

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
CHF 178.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over CHF 2400.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from CHF 50 to CHF 150  and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over CHF 150
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over CHF 120

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
