Description

New Works' Rand side table has a captivating shape that the black colour only brings out further. The geometrically sculptural side table is made up of two semicircular surfaces stacked one above the other, with room for books, magazines, living room remote controls, and your most beautiful decorative pieces, of course. Slender legs formed from carbon steel sheets anchor the table in place. The Rand side table naturally finds its place beside a sofa in the living room, though it works just as well as a bedside table or a handy extra surface in the hallway.

Theresa Rand

Theresa Rand is a Copenhagen-based designer who works mainly in furniture and interior design. Rand's approach to design focuses on natural, authentic and durable materials as well as a design language that combines clear lines and sensuality. She has collaborated with the German brand Blomus and Danish Menu, among others.

Rand was born in Germany but has lived in Denmark since 2011. Initially, she studied languages ​​at the University of Cologne, but after graduating she decided to change fields and applied to study architecture at the Peter Behrens School of Architecture in Düsseldorf. She then moved to Copenhagen to continue her studies at the Royal Danish Academy of Arts, where she graduated in 2013. Already during her studies, she worked as a freelancer at design studios like Norm Architects and Space Copenhagen, among others. Later, she established her own design agency called Studio Theresa Rand.

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
150 €.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over 3000 €.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from 29 € to 149 €  and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over 129 €
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over 99 €

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
