Description

HAY's Apollo table lamp is a delightful combination of traditional and modern elements. Created by Danish design agency Studio 0405 and designer Nikolaj Lorentz Mentze, the Apollo luminaire was originally designed as an oil lamp for the Apollo Bar & Kantine restaurant in Copenhagen, after which it is also named. The hand-made table lamp is made entirely of opal glass, filtering the light into a soft and inviting glow. Apollo creates a comforting illumination without glare and is suitable for a wide variety of spaces, from private homes to offices and cafés.

Apollo lamp shade is designed to use with HAY's Cord set for table lamps, which is sold separately.

Studio 0405 is a design and architecture studio, whose commissions may range from product design to retail and restaurant interiors, for example. Headed by Danish designer Nikolaj Lorentz Mentze, the studio typically uses unexpected materials and rare manufacturing methods in its work, giving even familiar objects and elements new dimensions and contexts – the user or the viewer are encouraged to engage in dialogue with them. Founded in 2015, the studio's clients include the likes of Frama, Bang & Olufsen, HAY and Made By Hand.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
 700 zł.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over 15 000 zł.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from 150 zł to 799 zł and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over 650 zł
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over 500 zł

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
