Designed by OEO Studio, the lamp’s conical shade is crafted from Mater’s sustainable Matek™ material, which is a unique blend of recycled natural fibres and plastic waste. Materials such as coffee bean shells or wood waste are combined with a binder using compression moulding, a technique well known in furniture production.
