Description

Bloom pendant lamp, designed by Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen in the 1950s, is a Danish design classic that has been re-released by Warm Nordic. An elegant combination of geometric shapes and brass details, Bloom provides a pleasant light for example in the dining area or living room. The stripe pattern in silky matt lacquer gives the lamp a bold and sophisticated finish.

In the 1950s, the Danish lighting designer and ornamental metalworker Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen created a wide range of luminaires characterized by skillfully shaped metal and harmonious details. Warm Nordic’s re-release makes the distinctive design lamps available to contemporary homes and interiors.

Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen

Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen (1913-2004) was a Danish designer who is best known for his wide collection of light fixtures. A licensed ornamental metalworker, Holm-Sørensen started his design career in the 1950s, and many on his designs feature metal surface with different ornaments and perforations. Besides luminaires, Holm-Sørensen also designed furniture and small items.

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

15% GST is included in all prices presented on our website.

Private customers: For orders of NZD$1,000 or less, a 15% GST is included in the prices. For orders over NZD$1,000, GST is collected by New Zealand customs and therefore deducted from the total amount. The deduction is visible in the cost breakdown at checkout.

Delivery terms

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any GST, import duties or other charges assessed by local customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient in order to release the shipment.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
  • Custom-cut items (including fabrics and replacement webbing).

Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies depending on your region and the item being returned. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
