Serax's Jim wall lamp is a sculptural eye-catcher with a soft shape that brings a sense of gentle calm to any space. Part of the Terres de rêves collection by Belgian designer Anita Le Grelle, the lamp was born out of a very personal need: while setting up her new studio, Le Grelle grew tired of conventional spotlights and decided to create one of her own. Her solution was to layer ceramic vessels – their rounded shapes eventually forming the Jim lamp’s distinctive, softly stacked surfaces.
Made from glossy stoneware, the Jim wall lamp reflects light gently, casting a lively yet serene glow on the wall. The luminaire works beautifully as a bedside reading light in the bedroom, on a hallway wall to welcome guests, or as an intriguing accent in the living room. No matter where it's placed, the Jim lamp adds colour, shape, and a touch of handcrafted character in a perfectly considered way.
