Description

The Esmeralda rug by VM Carpet combines natural materials with practical qualities in a timelessly stylish design that brightens up living rooms, dining areas, and entryways alike. The Esmeralda rug is woven with a warp of felted wool and a weft of durable paper yarn, finished with an elegant chenille edge for a refined look. For safe and effortless use, the rug is backed with a non-slip, odorless, and recyclable EVAPOLYTEX® coating that keeps it securely in place on all types of floors – including those with underfloor heating – without leaving any marks.

Like all VM Carpet rugs, Esmeralda is proudly made in Finland, at the brand’s own weaving mill in the village of Karvala, Lappajärvi.

  • Material 45% wool, 55% paper yarn. Backing: EVAPOLYTEX®
  • Colour Beige
  • Care instructions Dry foam or gentle level wash in max. +30ºC water with mild detergent and soft brush. Do not soak or rub. Rinse carefully with plenty of water. Extract the excess water e.g. by a roller press. Shape the damp carpet with care. Air dry flat. Do not fold. Professional level washing is recommended.

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

For orders shipped to non-EU countries (excluding the US, Norway, Switzerland and the UK):
