Description

HAY’s Cornet is a sleek bar stool whose frame was inspired by steel tube technique used in bicycle racks. The horizontal steel tubes of the frame have been placed into different heights, giving the chair an interesting asymmetric look and sturdy footrest for all heights of people. The geometric design of Cornet is perfected with a round wooden seat. Designed by Jonas Trampdach, Cornet bar stools bring a fresh touch of modern Danish design for bar tables, kitchen islands and worktops in both private and public surroundings.

Jonas Trampedach

Danish designer Jonas Trampedach started his design career at a young age while working as an international antique dealer. Trampedach has studied design at Danmarks Design Skole and done his Master’s degree in London’s Royal College of Art. In 2010, Trampedach started his own studio in Copenhagen, and he has designed products and furniture for brands such as HAY, Ikea and Kähler.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
1200 DKK.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over 24 000 DKK.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from 240 DKK to 1200 DKK and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over 1000 DKK
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over 800 DKK

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
