Description

Teemu Järvi’s Firefox poster features an art print of a fox strolling under the glow of the northern lights. According to Finnish folklore, the aurora borealis is created when the fiery foxes with their shimmering fur light up the fells with their sparks. Measuring 50 x 70 cm, the poster is offset printed in Finland on 150 g uncoated paper. Finish the natural look with Teemu Järvi's wooden poster frame, available separately; this poster is perfect for the 50 cm frame.

Teemu Järvi

Teemu Järvi (born 1973) studied art in the Free Art School in Helsinki and received his Master of Arts degree in Spatial and Furniture Design from University of Art and Design Helsinki. He has become known for his work in the Järvi & Ruoho design office and the Vera chair, which Wallpaper Magazine selected as the most beautiful chair of the year in 2004. His work and illustrations have appeared in a number of international publications including International Design Year Book, Interni and Abitare.

Teemu Järvi has gained recognition in various design competitions (incl. Pro Finnish Design 2001, Caiazza Memorial Challenge 2003, and Vuoden Huiput 2013), won Carin and Erik Bryggman Award (2007) and received grants from the Finnish Cultural Foundation (2004-2009). In 2004, Wallpaper Magazine named Järvi as one of the 15 Most Wanted Designers in the Future.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
4000 Kč.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over  84 000 Kč.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from 800 Kč to 4000 Kč and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over 3700 Kč
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over 2900 Kč

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
