- Care instructions Not dishwasher-safe. Wash both sides by hand in hot water and a drop of washing-up liquid. Air-dry upright to prevent warping. Maintain by oiling regularly. If the bamboo becomes rough to the touch over time, the surface can be sanded with a very fine sandpaper. As bamboo is an organic material, some natural variation in the design may occur.
