Soma vase, 22,5 cm, light blue - aqua
Description
Holmegaard’s Soma vase delights the interior with its airy lines and candy-like colours. The curved rim of the glass vase pays tribute to Holmegaard’s long design heritage, while its playful, eye-catching character makes it not only a functional vessel for flowers but also a charming sculptural accent in its own right.
Named after the Greek word for “body”, the Soma vase draws inspiration from the human body in motion. Its gently asymmetrical and slanted shapes evoke a sense of free movement or dance – and like the human body, every vase is unique with its own subtle variations. This individual character is created through skilled craftsmanship and traditional mouth-blown glass techniques.
