Gejst's Liris wall lamp casts a soft, atmospheric light that filters through its fan-shaped shade. The light comes from a dimmable LED source tucked behind the shade, with brightness adjustable in three steps. Designed by Thalea Schmalenberg and Kasper Friis Egelund, the Liris collection centres on a shade made of laminated cotton fabric, its pleated form bringing to mind Asian paper fans, the elegance of ancient Rome or perhaps the leaves of large plants. A slightly asymmetrical shape highlights the shade's delicate, nature-inspired character.
