Monika Mulder (b. 1972) is a Dutch designer who graduated from Design Academy Eindhoven in 1997. She began her career in the design department at IKEA and has run her own studio in Gothenburg since 2007, working with clients such as the lighting brand Pholc. Known for highlighting sculptural qualities in her work, Mulder aims to combine elegant functionality with beauty and a sense of play. Her designs have earned her several accolades, including Best Furniture of the Year 2003 and Best Lamp of the Year 2017 at the Elle Decoration Swedish Design Awards.
