Alessi’s Sbriciola bread board makes cutting loaves neat, since crumbs will fall through the slits into a flat drawer. What’s more, the crumb collector also features a compartment for a bread knife. Designed by Anna and Gian Franco Gasparini, Sbriciola is made of bamboo and thermoplastic resin.
