Latitude Evolving crib and Junior bed extension, oak
Description
Nobodinoz's Latitude Evolving crib grows with your child, from the first months through the toddler years and into childhood. The perforated base can be set at two different heights, and as your child grows, the middle slats on the sides can be removed, making it easy for them to climb in and out of bed independently. When it's time to move on from the cot, the crib can be converted into a junior bed using the included Junior headboard set made from braided cotton cord. Made from sturdy solid oak, the bed fits a 70 x 140 cm mattress with a recommended maximum thickness of 15 cm.
Nobodinoz's Latitude collection was created by French designer Marc Venot. The Latitude beds combine lines inspired by Japanese minimalism, softly rounded forms, and the timeless charm of solid oak. The pieces are finished with an ultra-matt, water-based, non-toxic lacquer, making them safe for even the youngest members of the family.

Marc Venot, born in 1979 in Paris, started his career with mathematics and physics before changing to industrial design, which he studied at the ENSCI design school in Paris. Known for his clear and functional touch, Venot has collaborated with numerous notable names from the French luxury brand Hermès to the Danish design company Normann Copenhagen. Venot opened his own studio in Paris in 2011 and he has been awarded with many design awards such as the Grand Prix de la Création de la ville de Paris in 2016.
