The knitting magazine Beloved Patterns, published by A-lehdet, transforms graphic designer Erik Bruun’s beloved posters into knitting and crochet projects. The magazine features 20 previously unpublished patterns based on the works of the Finnish pioneer of graphic design, alongside an article shedding light on Bruun’s life and career.

The patterns in Beloved Patterns have been created by a group of Finland’s most popular knitwear designers as well as international names: Heli Hottinen-Puukko, Janita Koskinen, Jenna Kostet, Hannemari Lehtonen, Terri Maue, Tiia Reho, Mia Sumell, Emma Suominen and Anna-Karoliina Tetri.
