Description

Karimoku Case's N-DC04 dining armchair radiates classic timelessness and a sense of calm harmony. Designed by Danish studio Norm Architects, the chair represents a pared-back design language where clean lines and carefully considered details go hand in hand with the high level of craftsmanship Karimoku Case is known for.

The simple oak frame gains character from the seat woven from natural white paper cord. It adds subtle rhythm and contrast to the design, resulting in a chair that feels both modern and warmly inviting. The N-DC04 armchair fits effortlessly into many interiors and settings, from home kitchens and dining areas to restaurants and hotel lobbies alike.

Norm Architects

Norm Architects is a dynamic design duo composed by the Danish architects Kasper Rønn (b. 1976) and Jonas Bjerre-Poulsen (b. 1976), both graduates of the Royal Danish Academy of fine Arts in Copenhagen. Being true modernists, they believe in design where the focus is in meeting a real need instead of creating one, and this reflects from their work as architects as well as industrial designers.

Though bearing a strong admiration for some of the most pure minimalists, Norm Architects is not easy to categorize. The architects see their work as a part of the Scandinavian modernist tradition – functional, minimal, poetic and timeless – with a profound understanding of natural materials and a special attention to detail. One of their most successful products is the MILK lamp, designed for &Tradition, that combines wood and glass.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
150 €.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over 3000 €.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from 29 € to 149 €  and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over 129 €
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over 99 €

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
