Jack portable light, large, white
Description
Tom Dixon’s Jack light reimagines the iconic 1994 design as a cordless, rechargeable lamp for both indoor and outdoor settings. Made from lightweight polyethylene, the lamp emits a softly diffused glow that can be dimmed either via a button on the body or with the included remote control. Rechargeable with a USB-C cable, Jack provides approximately 6–8 hours of illumination on a single charge. Thanks to its water-resistant construction, it can be easily carried to brighten up a garden, balcony, or terrace.
Jack was among Tom Dixon’s earliest explorations with plastic, and the sculptural design has since earned its place in the collections of London’s Victoria and Albert Museum and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Bold in scale and character, the Jack light makes an impression wherever it’s placed – whether as a standalone piece or stacked into a striking tower. Despite its airy feel, the structure is impressively robust – sturdy enough even to sit on!
