Sax 224-1/17 wall lamp, light oak
Description
Le Klint’s model 224, perhaps better known as the Sax Lamp or scissor lamp, is a classic design from 1952 created by Le Klint’s chief engineer Erik Hansen. Made of oak, the classic wooden accordion lamp features the characteristic Le Klint pleated shade that is sure to add an elegant touch to your decor next to the sofa or as a reading light in the bedroom.
The Sax lamp is available both with a classic paper shade and as a modern version complete with a plastic shade. Light is filtered through both materials softly and pleasantly, but it should be noted that the paper shade creates a slightly more gentle lighting while the plastic shade is ideal for spaces that require lighting that is a bit brighter.
