Morten Gøttler

Morten Gøttler (b. 1944) is a renowned, self-taught Danish designer, who is known especially for his mid-century style designs and great understanding of wood. Copenhagen-born Gøttler opened his own design studio in 1972 and has since created numerous designs ranging from furniture and lighting design to toys, art, packaging and graphic design. Gøttler’s esthetics are defined by exquisite materials, fine details and an emphasis on comfort and timelessness.
