Alessi’s Mattina breadbox is a fresh and versatile addition to the kitchen decor. The breadbox was created by the Swiss design studio BIG-GAME with a mission to fill everyday routines with indulgence. The sleek and stylish metal container features a bamboo lid that can be used for slicing bread as well as for serving and sharing it.

BIG-GAME

Swiss designer Grégoire Jeanmonod, Belgian Elric Petiti and French Augustin Scott de Martinville founded the product and interior design studio BIG-GAME in 2004. The studio is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

BIG-GAME describes its approach as simple, smart and functional. The trio has collaborated with internationally renowned clients such as Alessi, HAY and Globe-Trotter, and their work has been featured in major museums around the world. The studio has received the Swiss Federal Design Award in both 2006 and 2012.
