DCWéditions’ Frechin A table lamp is a captivating blend of innovation and timeless materials. Named after its designer, Jean-Louis Frechin, the portable table lamp features a black marble base, gold-toned details, and a glass tube that houses an integrated LED light source.

The interplay of contrasts gives the Frechin lamp its distinctive and endlessly intriguing character – a meeting point of science and magic. Thanks to its cordless design, the lamp is easy to move from a shelf to a dining table or a sideboard as needed, and the touch-dimmable light source offers between 10 to 30 hours of illumination, depending on the brightness level.

Jean-Louis Frechin

Jean-Louis Frechin is a French designer specializing in digital design and innovation. He has studied at the l'École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Paris-Villemin and at the l'École nationale supérieure de création industrielle. Frechin has also taught design and co-founded the digital design workshop and FabLab workshop at ENSCI - Les Ateliers. In 2001, Frechin founded the design and innovation agency NoDesign, which he has been heading ever since.

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

15% GST is included in all prices presented on our website.

Private customers: For orders of NZD$1,000 or less, a 15% GST is included in the prices. For orders over NZD$1,000, GST is collected by New Zealand customs and therefore deducted from the total amount. The deduction is visible in the cost breakdown at checkout.

Delivery terms

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any GST, import duties or other charges assessed by local customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient in order to release the shipment.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
  • Custom-cut items (including fabrics and replacement webbing).

Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies depending on your region and the item being returned. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
