Eva Solo's Sapor pepper mill grinds pepper to just the coarseness you like, using a high-quality ceramic grinding mechanism that's easy to adjust to your own taste. The mechanism sits at the top of the mill, so no stray grounds fall onto the table when you set it down. A wide opening makes it easy to fill, while its comfortable, ergonomic shape ensures a good grip.

Claus Jensen (b. 1966) is an industrial designer who has graduated from the Danish Design School, Copenhagen, and Henrik Holbæk (b. 1960) is an industrial designer and architect who has graduated from the Royal Academy of Arts, Department of Industrial Design, Copenhagen.
