Description

Louisiana Museum of Modern Art's poster features Stillleben mit Flasche – Still Life with Bottle (1928) by Austrian artist Herbert Ploberger. The poster was originally published in connection with The Cold Eye, an exhibition exploring German art and its movements of the 1920s. Among them was Neue Sachlichkeit – the New Objectivity – a movement that sought to depict modern everyday life with clarity, realism, and an objective eye. Ploberger’s Still Life with Bottle is a beautiful example of this approach: a restrained, finely observed, and quietly timeless composition in which every form has been thoughtfully placed.

Louisiana Museum of Modern Art’s poster collection includes prints from iconic exhibitions held at the Danish museum over the years. Printed on high-quality paper, posters bring a stylish touch of contemporary art to your walls.
