Description
Eva Solo's Green Tools dough scraper is a versatile helper for baking. Its sturdy blade lets you divide, cut, measure and fold dough when baking bread, pizza or biscuits, for example. A measuring scale marked on the blade makes it easy to divide dough into equal portions. The dough scraper also comes in handy for transferring chopped vegetables from the chopping board, or for scraping the worktop clean once you've finished baking.
With the Green Tools series, Eva Solo encourages everyone to increase the amount of vegetables in their diet – the products have been developed for plant-based cooking and optimized specifically for preparing vegetables and fruits.
