This seat cushion set is designed for Cane-line's Breeze outdoor chair. The cushions are made of Cane-line’s own Cane-line Natté polyethylene fabric, manufactured by Sunbrella, that is specially created for outdoor use and varying weather conditions. The fabric is dyed with the Solution Dye technique, in which the raw material itself is dyed rather than the finished fabric. This results in an even, durable colour that requires far less chemicals than traditional dyeing techniques.

The Danish designers Christina Strand and Niels Hvass have run the design studio Strand + Hvass since 1998. Their emphasis is on furniture and lightning design, but they do also other projects within design.
