Warm Nordic's adorable Beak Bird sculptures bring charisma to the home decor – and a smile to your face. Created by Danish designer Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen, this good-natured wooden heron is carved from oak, and it is resting comfortably on a smoked oak platform.

Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen

Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen (1913-2004) was a Danish designer who is best known for his wide collection of light fixtures. A licensed ornamental metalworker, Holm-Sørensen started his design career in the 1950s, and many on his designs feature metal surface with different ornaments and perforations. Besides luminaires, Holm-Sørensen also designed furniture and small items.
