Description
Frama’s Rivet chair is a fascinating, sculptural furniture piece that will find its place in any room. Characterised by a sturdy and raw look, this aluminium chair is equally suitable for use around a dining table or desk as well as an eye-catching standalone piece.
Designed by Jonas Trampedach, the objects of the Rivet collection have been constructed from laser-cut aluminium sheets that are joined together by a hand-hammering technique. The streamlined, geometric shapes of the aluminium sheets give your home a touch of industrial style. Over the years, the raw aluminium surface will develop a vivid patina, and small scratches and colour variations will become part of its natural charm.

Danish designer Jonas Trampedach started his design career at a young age while working as an international antique dealer. Trampedach has studied design at Danmarks Design Skole and done his Master’s degree in London’s Royal College of Art. In 2010, Trampedach started his own studio in Copenhagen, and he has designed products and furniture for brands such as HAY, Ikea and Kähler.
