Description

Moooi’s Meshmatics chandelier is an innovative luminaire designed by Rick Tegelaar. The refined, alluring design is created using a surprising material – a thin mesh wire. Tegelaar designed Meshmatics while still in school and, utilising his skills in engineering, he discovered a way of shaping and layering the humble material to create stunning chandeliers. Due to its transparent material, the elegant and enchanting Meshmatics chandelier emits a radiant, soft glow and does not create a visual block – but will surely make an impact.

Rick Tegelaar

Rick Tegelaar (b. 1986) is known as a material-oriented designer who creates original, distinctive products using unusual and undervalued materials as his starting point. Tegelaar graduated in 2011 as a product designer from the ArtEZ University in Arnhem. Having originally studied engineering, his works are often characterised by innovative approaches to materials and techniques.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
CHF 178.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over CHF 2400.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from CHF 50 to CHF 150  and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over CHF 150
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over CHF 120

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
