Description

AGO's Probe wall lamp is composed of a black, geometric metal base and a cone-shaped shade in matte opal glass, providing soft, diffused light for example in the bedroom or hallway.

Manufactured by the Korean brand AGO and designed by the BIG-GAME studio, the Probe lamps charm with their understated feeling and angular shapes that work perfectly at homes and public environments alike. Choose your own favourite from the Probe collection or combine several luminaires into an eye-catching cluster.

BIG-GAME

Swiss designer Grégoire Jeanmonod, Belgian Elric Petiti and French Augustin Scott de Martinville founded the product and interior design studio BIG-GAME in 2004. The studio is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

BIG-GAME describes its approach as simple, smart and functional. The trio has collaborated with internationally renowned clients such as Alessi, HAY and Globe-Trotter, and their work has been featured in major museums around the world. The studio has received the Swiss Federal Design Award in both 2006 and 2012.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

Orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as following:

For private customers:

  • Orders of AU$1,000 or less (goods value only, excluding shipping and taxes):
    • A 10% GST is included in the prices and paid at checkout.
  • Orders over AU$1,000:
    • GST and any applicable import duties are collected by Australian customs upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient. Since GST is collected by customs, it is deducted from the order total at checkout and shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.

Please note that our product pages display prices including 10% GST. As a result, the AU$1,000 threshold effectively applies to orders with a displayed goods value of AU$1,100 or more.

Delivery terms

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any GST, import duties or other charges assessed by Australian customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient in order to release the shipment.

We want you to love your purchase—that’s why we offer 30-day returns.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
  • Custom-cut items (including fabrics and replacement webbing).

Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies depending on your region and the item being returned. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

GST & Import Charges

By providing a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), you confirm that you are registered for GST in Australia. In this case, GST is collected by Australian customs and therefore deducted from the order total at checkout. This deduction is shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.
