VITRA'S NEWEST addition for the spring season strikes the perfect balance between function and form. Designed by the celebrated French designer Erwan Bouroullec, the Mynt chair showcases his distinctive eye for detail. Every line and curve of the chair speaks of thoughtful, uncompromising design.

One of France’s leading modern designers, Erwan Bouroullec, is best known for his creative partnership with his brother Ronan.

Predicted to become a future classic, the Mynt chair is celebrated for its timeless design and exceptional seating comfort.

Launched in 2025, the Mynt chair is a versatile all-rounder that blends soft shapes with modern engineering and exceptional comfort. Its patented tilting mechanism, gently curved backrest, and subtly supportive armrests create an ergonomic yet elegant seating experience that looks and feels at home in any setting.

The versatile Mynt feels right at home everywhere from office meeting rooms...

... to your own kitchen table!

The Mynt chair is available in various colors, so you can find the perfect match for your space. Can’t find your favorite shade? Get in touch with our Customer Service – we’re happy to help!

When designing the Mynt chair, Erwan Bouroullec had one simple vision: to create a chair that adapts to you, not the other way around. And that’s exactly what Mynt does, thanks to its clever tilt mechanism that intuitively responds to your movements and weight.

Best of all? Adjusting this chair couldn’t be easier! The seat tilts naturally with your body’s center of gravity – forward or back – and moves independently from the backrest. All that’s left for you to do is set the height and sit back in comfort.

The Mynt chair adapts to the needs of sitters of all shapes, sizes, and styles.
