Everyday Design’s Turku XL recycling holder is a larger version of the popular Helsinki bag holder. Named after Finland’s former capital, Turku XL is designed for sorting and recycling but also works perfectly for storing magazines and household items. Its spacious design makes it especially ideal for homes that accumulate more returnable bottles, plastic waste, or cardboard. Plus, its versatility makes it a great laundry basket as well.
Made of metal, the Turku bag holder features a sleek, minimalist design that blends effortlessly into any space. It’s designed to be used with Everyday Design’s Turku XL bags and is proudly made in Finland.

Helena Mattila is a Finnish industrial designer who has worked as CEO and head designer of the Finnish design brand Everyday Design since 1995. Mattila’s smart and timeless designs have been awarded with several international design awards, and they have been seen at New York’s MoMA’s and Design Museum London’s design stores. Besides a designer, Mattila is also an artist who inspires from nature and ecological thinking.
