Suitable for both everyday use and special occasions, the pieces blend influences from near and far: the spontaneous brushwork is inspired by Eastern calligraphy, while the rich blue tones echo traditional Delftware, with roots in 17th-century Holland.

Belgian designer Marie Michielssen draws her inspiration from everyday life.
