Description

The Orient pendant from Fritz Hansen is a contemporary take on the streamlined classic Jo Hammerborg designed in 1963. The shade has been given an aluminium finish that highlights both the organic silhouette and grain pattern of the oak wood top. Manufactured originally by Danish Fog & Mørup, Orient creates a pleasant, glare-free light that also filters through the elegant slits on the top. The timeless pendant catches the eye in any space and can be hung individually as well as in clusters.

Jo Hammerborg

Jo Hammerborg (1920-1982) was a Danish designer who worked as a head designer for Fog & Morup. Thanks to his hard work, Hammerborg left the company in history as one of the vanguards of their time. Many of the lamps Hammerborg designed for Fog & Morup have received several prices and recognition.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
150 €.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over 3000 €.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from 29 € to 149 €  and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over 129 €
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over 99 €

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
