Description

Marimekko's Keidas pillowcase is illustrated with Annika Rimala’s rhythmic pattern from 1967. Drawing inspiration from the youth culture, the fresh and fun Keidas pattern brings back a piece of the exuberant mood of the 1960s. 

The joyful Keidas pillowcase is made from breathable cotton percale that feels lovely against the skin, using 75% organic and 25% recycled cotton. Finish the look with a matching Keidas duvet cover or try mixing and matching your other favourite Marimekko patterns!

    Unbleached fabrics and fabrics containing recycled fibers are characterised by their vibrant colours and texture. The fabric may have small areas of different colours, and there may be differences between products in this regard.

Annika Rimala

Annika Rimala (1936–2014) was a Finnish designer who is known best for her work for Marimekko. Rimala worked for Marimekko between 1960 and 1982. Personality and humor are combined with durability and practicality in her design work.

Rimala wanted to make timeless and comfortable clothes for alls ages and all sizes. She created the first tricot clothes for Marimekko, the Tasaraita collection, in 1968. Other well-known fabrics Rimala designed for Marimekko are Pallo, Hedelmäkori, Puketti, Petrooli, Tarha and Viiriäinen.

After retiring from Marimekko in 1982 Annika Rimala continued working with her husband Ilkka Rimala and the graphic designer Teemu Lipasti in their own company named Santtu. Since 1969 until 1988 she also worked as a designer for Kaunis Koru. Rimala's work has been exhibited around the world in museums and exhibitions and her work has been recognised with a Pro Finlandia medal in 1997 and the State Design Prize in 1974.

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
150 €.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over 3000 €.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from 29 € to 149 €  and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over 129 €
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over 99 €

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
