Description

New Works’ Tana media module is a handy wall-mounted side table that provides extra storage without taking up any floor space. Made of wood veneer, the unit features two drawers for small items, while the top surface offers a stylish spot for a lamp, houseplants or decorative objects.

The Tana collection reflects architect Rikke Rützou Arnved’s vision of simple, timeless design. Clean lines and handle-free fronts highlight the natural beauty of the wood, and the wall-mounted structure gives the shelves and tables in the series a light, floating appearance. Whether placed alone or in a group, Tana furniture brings an airy sense of harmony to any interior.

Rikke Rützou Arnved

Rikke Rützou Arnved is a Danish architect and designer with a particular interest in how spaces and materials influence people’s overall well-being. A graduate of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, she has taught at the Technical University of Denmark and worked in several Danish architectural studios. Today, Arnved runs her studio, Ark Type, through which she designs everything from individual pieces of furniture to complete interiors.
