The Rakkauden meri canvas bag by Saana ja Olli is an ode to the unpredictable nature of love: its different forms can change our lives in so many ways. The name Rakkauden meri translates to “sea of love”, and the pattern is comprised of wavy lines that form shapes and human-like forms.

The Rakkauden meri bag and other Saana ja Olli products are designed to bring a touch of timeless beauty to everyday life. Made from durable 100% hemp fabric, the products are transparently manufactured in Finland.

Saana ja Olli

Saana ja Olli is a Finnish design duo and brand best known for their home textiles made from natural hemp. Sustainability is the cornerstone of Saana ja Olli's work and forms the foundations for their design philosophy: the production process is kept transparent and as local as possible. In addition to their own Saana ja Olli collections, the duo has done design work for various Finnish and international clients ranging from clothing brand Uniqlo to the NGO Amnesty International. The company is named after its founders Saana Sipilä and Olli Sallinen: the name Saana ja Olli is Finnish and literally translates to "Saana and Olli".
