Description

Pholc's Aline pendant light is a testament to the power of timeless, minimalist forms that work year after year after year. Designed in close cooperation with Afteroom, the lamp consists of a classic cone-shaped shade with a simple powder-coated metal ring decorating its top – and that's it!

Aline combines strict purity with delicate softness: the geometric shape and minimalist silhouette are counterbalanced by the shade's smooth matte surface and translucent material, through which the light is filtered pleasantly also upwards. The designers opted for high-quality acrylic for the shade, as it is not only light and durable, but also recyclable. Pholc actually hopes that the Aline lamps will be returned to them at the end of their lifecycle so that the materials can be reused and recycled.
