Erik Ole Jørgensen (1927–2002) was a Danish furniture designer whose background was in furniture upholstery. Jørgensen’s exceptional sense of shapes, colours and textures led him to design both furniture and textiles. Jørgensen’s designs, such as the wooden furniture designed for FDB Møbler, have made him one of the definitive figures of the Danish modern.
