What’s new: Wästberg’s Sempé table lamp

Wästberg w103 Sempé b table lamp, beige red

Wästberg's Sempé table lamp is suitable for both the office desk and the reading nook in the living room.

The luminaire series, designed by Inga Sempé, combines durability, beauty and versatility.

WÄSTBERG’S Sempé table lamp was named after its designer, the French Inga Sempé. Made of metal, the minimalist luminaire borrows its form from a push pin and, perhaps a little less obviously, from traditional machine tool lighting used in the metal industry.

In addition to table lamps, the Sempé collection includes also pendants in several colors.

The Sempé table lamp looks simultaneously weighty and light both in terms of materials and aesthetics: the luminaire consists of a curved shade in aluminium and a metal arm that is slimmer at the bottom, as well as a sturdy base decorated with a cleat.

Both the arm and the shade can be adjusted to suit the space and purpose. A clamp-mounted version of the luminaire is also available.
