1. Marimekko fall collection
Marimekko's abundant fall home range is proving to be inspirational on Instagram. This season’s colorful Oiva coffee cups are adorned with Aino-Maija Metsola’s Rosarium print. The dotted Orkanen throw and the set of pillows in the same range are by Carina Seth Andersson. The atmospheric pictures were styled by Susanna Vento.
2. Arabia Pastoraali tableware
Arabia has made a re-edition of Esteri Tomula's much loved Pastoraali tableware series. Originally designed in 1965, this delightful pattern depicts flowers, plants, birds, and human figures, accented by a deep indigo tone. The series consist of jugs, plates, bowls, mugs, and a serving tray that can be hung on the wall.
3. Artek classics
Alvar Aalto's iconic A331 pendant lamp is a spectacular centerpiece for any dining space. The Domus chairs upholstered in leather are by Ilmari Tapiovaara, and the dining table is from the Kaari collection by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec. 4. Hartô Gabin cabinet
The Gabin sideboard by the French brand Hartô is a modern take on the cabinets of the 1960s, featuring the period's popular material, rattan twine. The beautifully perforated pattern softens the character of the metal sliding doors. An additional surface can be placed over the top drawers to create practical extra counter space.
5. Iittala teacups
The small cups and plates of the Iittala X Issey Miyake collection, are the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea for warming up autumn. Muuto's Around coffee table, designed by Danish designer Thomas Bentzen, is made of oak.
