SABRE PARIS is, above all, a love story. Of course, it speaks of a passion for food — after all, Sabre Paris is a tableware brand — but without a deeper kind of affection, these cutlery designs would never have come to life.

The story began when Francis Gelb met his future wife, Pascale. United by a shared enjoyment of good food and long meals together, the couple found inspiration right at the table. It was there, over shared dinners and everyday rituals, that the idea was born to reimagine one of the most familiar objects of daily life: cutlery.

Our selection is extended with two Sabre Paris cutlery collections. The Bistrot Solid range is defined by its visible rivets and vibrant colors.

The cutlery in the series is made from durable stainless steel and finished with colorful nylon handles.

For a long time, French tableware tradition had been defined by a restrained, understated aesthetic. Francis and Pascale chose to take a different path.

In the kitchen of their Paris apartment, they began sketching the very first Sabre Paris cutlery pieces, unaware of just how boldly they would soon leave their mark on the design world – and on countless tables, too.

The pieces in the Pop Unis collection share the same friendly design language.

Lively cutlery brightens the table, whether you’re setting it for everyday meals or more special occasions.

Sabre Paris set out to be anything but restrained or discreet. These are pieces that don’t shy away from attention or blend quietly into the background. Instead, they’re meant to be seen, celebrated, and proudly stand out as part of the table.

Color is at the very heart of every Sabre Paris cutlery. Bright and softer tones happily coexist, and mixing and matching them together isn’t just allowed – it’s encouraged. Here, imagination sets the rules, and monotony is something to be left far behind.

The more colors, the merrier!

Joyful hues and clean, confident forms capture the lively spirit of French bistros and neighborhood restaurants.

Finished with meticulous attention to detail, the vibrant nylon and acrylic handles are crafted using specialised techniques, and each piece is thoughtfully shaped to sit comfortably and naturally in the hand.

Together, they create a table setting that feels a little more relaxed and a lot more you, adding personality to everything from daily breakfasts to celebratory dinners alike.

The cutlery pairs beautifully not only with one another but also with all kinds of tableware.
