Description
Fiskars X-Series splitting ax is designed specifically for efficiently splitting large logs over 11.81 in (30 cm) in diameter. Its long handle and balanced construction deliver a powerful, controlled swing, allowing wood to split effectively with a single strike. The wide, ultra-sharp blade and integrated splitting wedge increase splitting power and make it easier to release the ax from the wood. The forged, double-hardened blade stays sharp for longer, while the low-friction coating helps it glide smoothly through the wood.
The lightweight yet extremely durable FiberComp handle absorbs shock and enhances comfort, while the textured SoftGrip grip ensures a secure hold. The overmoulded ax head is firmly fixed to the handle for exceptional durability – helping protect against overstrikes and making the ax virtually unbreakable. X-Series axes are designed for long-term use, and registered products come with a 25-year warranty. The axes have been awarded the Red Dot Best of the Best design award 2023.
